Chris Lloyd has over 30 years of experience in continuous improvement across multiple industries from Defence to Healthcare. He has developed the application of Lean Management in Healthcare in Europe and Asia over the past 10 years working in Health Organisations in UK, Netherlands, USA, Singapore, UAE, Malaysia and India.

Chris has been widely sought for comment about the application of Lean in healthcare and has contributed to articles in the London Times, The Daily Telegraph and the Health Service Journal. He has been a regular speaker on the health care circuit in the UK, Continental Europe and Asia. Chris has also authored a chapter in Dr Singh book Innovations in Healthcare Management published in 2015. He sharing his experiences in the application of Lean principles into the design of new health facilities in S.E Asia.
