Dr Kamini Khillan is a blood transfusion specialist. She is working as a senior consultant in blood transfusion services at Sir Ganga Ram hospital. She has also worked as a Quality Manager at Sir Ganga Ram hospital, established Quality Management System (QMS) for accreditation by NABH organization for blood banks and as immunohematology specialist. Also worked under the areas like patient blood management, research on transfusion related immunomodulation, ABOi kidney transplant titer Standardization.

She has thirteen years experience in blood transfusion medicine services. She has served as a member of the expert panel group for developing pan India Blood Bank Networking and Training the Trainer protocols by Ministry of Health and Family Welfare.
