The following European companies are joining us for InnoHEALTH 2017 through our association with CBHealthAccess project. The project is a joint cooperation venture of existing e-health and life-science clusters from the Central Baltic region: Tallinn Science Park Tehnopol and Tartu Biotechnology Park from Estonia, Turku Science Park from Finland, Swedish Medtech from Sweden and Enixus Baltics from Latvia who create a cross-border meta-cluster to solve common challenges of supporting expansion of their innovative companies. These health technology companies are focussed to enter India with their products.

DocuMental-logo-InnoHEALTH-2017

DocuMental Limited is a company involving multisectoral experts and developing digital solutions for mental health and was established in November 2016. The first development was started in May 2016 after successful competition in the EIT Health Accelerator Programmes. The first prototype, DocuMental, was funded by EIT Health and developed by Estonian IT teams. In September 2016 the prototype was piloted and evaluated by an international network. DocuMental was selected by EIT-Health as one of 21 finalists of Business Plan Aggregator 2016 among digital health innovations and it was the only finalist in the mental health sector. As a result, DocuMental Ltd was registered and further product development continues in collaboration with national and international partners. To date, the company has received funding from EIT Health, the North Estonia Medical Centre, Estonian Connected Health and the Estonian Genome Centre. The company is connected to an international network involving top-level experts and specialists in mental health from geographically diverse centers. In addition to the mentioned organisations, the company partners are Imperial College Health Partners and ScanBalt. The company team consists of three chief officers and an advisory board. EMPE Diagnostics AB - InnoHEALTH 2017 participating EU Company logo

EMPE Diagnostics AB, an interdisciplinary R&D-based SME focusing to develop multiplex point-of-care diagnostic solutions that can provide reliable clinical information already during the first contact point between the doctor and the patient.
