Dr. V.K.Sharma has 25 years of experience in Business Development (Marketing & Sales management), Consultation & Production Management. He has worked with leading pharmaceutical companies like Sun Pharma, IPCA Labs, Mankind Pharma, Glenmark Labs and Alkem Labs. Currently he is Vice President (Marketing & Sales) at Unichem Labs Limited, Mumbai. Dr. Sharma is also a specialist expert consultant with World leading Marketing research companies.
Dr. Sharma is accredited as management teacher and awarded life fellowship by All India Management Association (AIMA). He has also served as panel of faculty of AIMA and helped AIMA in conducting different educational courses. Dr. Sharma has given guest lectures in different management institutes (including IIM & IIT) across India. Some of his papers have been published in different management journals. He has been part of domestic as well as international conferences as speaker/chairperson. Dr. Sharma holds master’s degrees in Chemistry & Marketing Management and Doctorate in Marketing Management. He is a life member of Indian society of Training & Development and a member of American Marketing Association. Dr. Sharma is named as one of the 100 most influential Marketing Leaders by World Marketing Congress in 2016. He is also awarded as Marketing Professional of the year – Pharma sector by World Leadership Federation in February 2017.
