Passionate Healthcare professional with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and Healthcare services industry. Skilled in the application of emerging technology like AI/ML/Cognitive, Blockchain, IoT, Cloud and Digital for Healthcare organization to make them efficient and drive better clinical outcome. He is also trained in Healthcare Operations Management, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Quality Management, Team Building, and Management, specializing in Healthcare (payer, provider, and public health) arena. Doing things ‘Differently’ is his mantra for bringing differentiated customer experience, reduce the cost of operations and maximize return on investment.
He was leading the Healthcare Practice for IBM India/South Asia before joining Artemis, He was a founder member of ‘Max Healthcare, Delhi and Apollo Gleneagles Hospital, Kolkata and was responsible for commissioning and managing multiple facilities in both the organizations. He was also associated with Perot Systems (Presently part of NTT Data) in a global role and worked with healthcare clients across geographies.
