Dr. Arjun Dang is the CEO of the highly renowned Dr Dangs Lab, situated in Delhi NCR. He has completed his M.B.B.S and M.D in Pathology from Sri Ramachandra Medical College, Chennai. He has also done a Clinical Fellowship in Liver Pathology from King’s College Hospital, London. Post his training he worked as a Senior Resident in the department of Specialised Hematology (including flow cytometry) in Lady Hardinge Medical College and as a Research Fellow in the department of histopathology in Indraprastha Apollo Hospital, New Delhi. Along with working as a consultant in Dr. Dangs Lab he plays an extremely critical role in enhancing patient care, training of staff and handling strategy & operations of the Lab.
Dr. Arjun Dang Lab was one of the first few Diagnostic Lab in India to get ISO 9000 Certification in 1995 and to get NABL (National Accreditation Board for Testing and Calibration Laboratories) Certification in all departments of the lab. Dr. Dangs Lab was featured in Limca Book of Records for being the first lab in the country to post patient’s reports using web-based technology and was awarded FICCI HealthCare Excellence Award (Excellence in Patient Experience).
With a special interest in the field of oncology, he has done extensive work in the field of Triple-Negative Breast carcinomas and also has publications on medullary carcinoma. Apart from this, he has done various presentations related to primary adenocarcinoma of the lung and dedifferentiated liposarcomas. He has been a part of various panel discussions on the diagnosis of celiac disease in multiple forums. With the help of Dr. Dangs Lab, he aims to introduce novel oncology and genetic-based molecular testing techniques in the field of diagnosis, prognosis, and theranosis.
