  • The technology for development of Citrate phosphate dextrose adenine Anticoagulant solution for Blood bag. & Its sterilization technique without degradation of dextrose.
  • Blood bag developed non-toxic and can be sterilized by Gamma radiation, these have better physico-mechanical properties and low temperature flexibility. Further, the developed blood bags meet ISO 3826 requirements.

He has 25 years experience Working as RSO, Scientist & Trainer for Entrepreneurs on Entrepreneurship Development on radiation based technology & plastic processing at Shriram Institute for Industrial Research, 19 University, Delhi since 1992 to till date. Research & developments projects handled cover wide areas such as Radiation Safety, Dosimetry & contamination, Environment Assessment & Monitoring of Air, water, wastewater, Process Control & Quality control of Radiation processing, Management of waste, Recycling of plastic waste, Recovery of value added products from waste, Fly ash utilization, Remediation of Industrial pollutants etc.

Many of the process developed under various sponsored project from private and government agencies have been scaled up from lab scale to commercial scale. Some of the important processes/products commercialized include Utilization of fly Ash in cement, radiation processing technique, gamma resistance PVC composition for Blood bag, silica from rice husk, plastic waste utilization, Materials for Automotive components, Plastic processing and environment etc. Some of the significant contributions made during recent year are as follows:
