Santanu Biswas is the Founder & Managing Director of Resident Logic ConsultInc., a boutique management consulting services firm based out of Dubai, UAE. Resident Logic specializes in the design, development, implementation and deployment of effective digital health, wellness and digital marketing strategies. Santanu is focused on helping telco, insurance, healthcare provider and corporate clients develop the appropriate strategy, go-to-market approach, product proposition and business models in digital health and wellness. He is currently advising clients on developing effective workplace wellness models, personalized lifestyle wellness portals and apps, implementing connected care & wellness centres and other digitally extendable health and wellness solutions.

In his previous capacity as the Head of Digital Services for a management consultancy, and thereafter deputed as the CEO of Hyjiya Digital Wellness FZCO – a funded company of theirs, he was tasked to build and market a best-in-class digital health platform. This platform was recognized and awarded as one of the top 10 innovation products in the Middle East by GE Innovations Council. The company was successful in signing several strategic corporate, partnership and Platform-as-a-Service deals in UAE, Saudi Arabia, India, Pakistan & Bangladesh.

As the erstwhile founder executive, responsible for eHealth Services at du, a full-service telecom operator in UAE, he has consistently delivered pioneering mHealth and eHealth solutions to both consumer and enterprise segments. At du he headed the development & execution of the digital health strategy and was tasked with building sustainable business models aligned with existing and emerging clinical objectives. As the business owner of du Smart Health portfolio, he has been recognized for leading healthcare initiative in a telecom operator in the MENA region through multiple awards and industry recognition.
He is an outspoken evangelist for meaningful Digital Health & Learning adoption and an active industry speaker, blogger and tweeter.
