Dr. Rajib Dasgupta

A Fulbright Senior Research Fellow (2010–11) at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health, he has held several distinguished academic and editorial roles in public health. He serves as Series Editor of Asian Perspectives on Public Health, a Springer Nature book series, and is an Editorial Board Member of BMC Public Health. He has also served as Editor of the Indian Journal of Public Health.

His international and national contributions include involvement in the Wellcome Trust-supported initiative on the Economic and Health Impact Assessment of Heat Adaptation Action and membership in the One Health Working Group of the World Federation of Public Health Associations. He has also served as a Member of the National Certification Committee for Polio Eradication, the National Verification Committee for Measles and Rubella Elimination, and the National AEFI Committee.
