Dr. Sonia Lal Gupta is a highly qualified, Board-Certified Neurologist specializing in Headache Medicine and Vascular Neurology, currently serving as a Sr. Consultant – Neurology and Joint Managing Director of the Metro Group of Hospitals. With over 16 years of experience, she is certified by four American Boards: Neurology, Vascular Neurology, Neurosonology, and Headache Medicine. She previously held the position of Assistant Professor of Neurology at Loyola University in Chicago. Dr. Gupta also serves as the Managing Director of the Metro College of Health Sciences and Research. Her accomplishments include receiving the “Neurologist of the year” award at the India Health and Wellness Summit in 2014 and being included in the Times of India “40 under 40 Exceptional Leaders” list in 2023. She holds an MBBS, MD, and an MBA in Healthcare Management from George Washington University, USA.
