She has successfully delivered over 150 high-impact projects in areas such as market entry, business and operating model innovation, brand strategy, sales transformation, and analytics. Prior to founding Kraftland Consults, she worked with leading organizations including SmartAnalyst and Johnson & Johnson Medical Devices. An engineer by training, Meenal holds an MBA from the Asian Institute of Management, Manila, where she was recognized on the Dean’s List.
