Nisha is a Senior Director and core member of PwC’s Health Industries practice in Mumbai, bringing over 24 years of experience in India’s Pharmaceutical and Life Sciences sector. She partners with industry leaders to drive strategy, transformation, and high-impact initiatives for leading Indian and multinational pharma, MedTech, and healthcare organizations. Her expertise spans emerging technology, deals, commercial strategy, API and pricing policy, R&D, and digital transformation. A respected industry speaker on AI, digital health, and emerging technologies, Nisha contributes to major sector platforms through collaborations with industry associations and government initiatives, and has co-authored influential global and local thought-leadership publications as part of PwC’s Global Pharma Thought Leadership team. She is also a strong champion of diversity within PwC, particularly in advancing women in consulting and leadership roles. Nisha holds an MBA and a Master’s in Mergers & Acquisitions from JBIMS, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, a Corporate Finance certification from IIM Calcutta, and advanced leadership and digital transformation credentials from ISB and PwC Academy.
