Kapil Dev Singh is a seasoned public health leader with over 18 years of experience in health systems strengthening, government advisory, and global health consulting across South Asia. He currently serves as Project Director – Health Systems & Hospital Strengthening at the Public Health Foundation of India. Kapil has led various large initiatives across South Asia, working with organizations like The World Bank, ADB, WHO, NITI Aayog, USAID, UNICEF, UNDP and various Indian ministries and state governments. He has played a pivotal role in transforming healthcare delivery system in various states including designing evidence-based strategies for universal health coverage, strengthening medical education, capacity building, environmental health and strategizing digital health innovations. Before PHFI he is has worked with IQVIA Consulting and Information Services India Pvt. Ltd. And Government of Gujarat.
