MIC is committed to systematically foster Innovation culture in all Higher Education Institutions (HEIs). The primary mandate of Innovation Cell is to encourage, inspire and nurture young students by exposing them to new ideas and processes resulting in innovative activities in their formative years fostered through Network of Innovation clubs in HEIs.<\/p>\nDr. Mohit belongs to the first breed of Techno-Legal professional out of India, by qualification he is a Ph.D. in Computer Engineering along with LL.B (JD equivalent) in IPR. He has extensive work experience in IP space, having established profit-generating IP teams on various models viz. FTE, Contractual, Project-based and need-based and was responsible for the complete cycle of operations and execution.<\/p>\n
He also has hands-on experience in working on various diversified IP projects in High-Tech, ranging from patent portfolio generation, Accelerated examinations, invalidity\/validity searches, claim charting, patent monetization, IP watch, patent ranking, patent bucketing, ESDs, Litigation studies and so forth. Working at the Level of CXO, Dr. Mohit Gambhir gained rich experience in building companies from scratch with limited resources to smooth sailing operations with a lot of market credibility. Verispire, his latest venture, is engaged in creating valuable business assets for his clients by safeguarding their IP rights.
