A polymath, Vaidyanathan has led multiple roles &amp; businesses throughout his career. Prior to this role, he was the Joint- Business Head and Product Head for the health insurance business at Policybazaar where he successfully established market leading segmentation strategies to drive online adoption in health insurance across the country. He then took up the role of Head of Strategy for Royal Sundaram, India\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s oldest private insurance company where, for over 6 years, he led the company\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s strategy on M&amp;A, growth, and profitability, leading it to become one of the most profitable general insurer in the country, in 2013. He was also recognized for his efforts as a Global Leader for Royal &amp; Sun Alliance, a $9-billion insurance conglomerate and member of FTSE 100 London, in
