Partha Dey is a passionate Healthcare Professional , having nearly two decades of experience in both provider, payer Segment. Healthcare IT (Medical Informatics) and Process (Clinical and administrative) Consulting is his area of interest.<\/p>\n

He has extensive experience in managing Multiple Transformation projects in India and abroad. Has exposure to multiple Technologies from Main frame to client server to mobile \/ social platform. He has been credited with setting up paperless and filmless hospital in a integrated digital hospital Environment in India for first time. He is well versed with HL7, HIPAA, DICOM and other Health IT related protocol. Transformation through digital enablement is his core expertise. He is leading the IBM consulting (sales and delivery) in India\/SA region, serving Healthcare customer across the region. He manages key accounts and works on complex cross brand deal in IBM. Partha Dey has managed largest LIMS implementation for Clinical Diagnostic client successfully.He was a founder member of three prominent Health care institution, Artemis Health Institute Gurgaon, he was Head Operations And CIO there, was responsible for building a 350 bed, Hospital project in record 14 months and managing the same with a team of 500+ people successfully, He was also a founder member of Max Healthcare, Delhi, was responsible for setting up hub and spoke model, three healthcare centres, establishing seamless integrated process across locations, establishing unique customer experience as per HMI (Harvard Medical Institution) guidelines, managing first healthcare centre as profit center head, he was also having responsibility on implementation of centrally hosted IT systems . Partha has deep engagement with multiple healthcare payer and provider customer in various geography, Cerner, UHG, Tenet, Blue Cross Blue Shield, CHW, THR, HCA, Apollo Munich, Max Bupa, Dr Lal Path Lab. Modi Hospital, Manipal to name a few. Partha keeps coaching healthcare professional in IBM to make them work efficiently in customer place, As an Healthcare trainer, he has conducted multiple training session including senior managers both in IBM and Perot Systems. He is part of various Industry forum and a regular speaker is various heath \u00e2\u20ac\u201cIT conferences, some of the conf are : E health, Apollo Health IT conf, International conf at AIIMS, Health Insurance conf by Amity University etc; He teaches in various health Care management Instituting as guest faculty.
