B2B meetings

Have you registered for InnoHEALTH? Now you can book meetings with the other attendees.

• Eligibility: You must be registered for InnoHEALTH 2018 at www.innohealth.in/registration to be eligible for scheduling B2B meetings

Steps to Follow

1. 1. Go to the link mentioned below and choose the option “Already Registered”

   2. Fill in your details and login to your account
   3. On top left there are two options
      • Information
      • My registration
   4. Hover mouse on “My registration” which gives a sub tab called “Attendees”. Click on “Attendees“
   5. A list with all the registered attendees for the conference will be displayed
   6. Select the calendar icon against the attendee you wish to meet
   7. Choose time and date of your choice and send request for meeting
   8. An email confirmation will be automatically generated upon the attendee’s acceptance

FAQ’s :

1. To be able to fix B2B meetings you must be a registered
2. You can fix B2B meeting with multiple people by “adding attendees”
3. The meeting time should not be more than 30 minutes
4. The meeting venue would be B2B meeting lounge designated at the Conference Venue
5. The B2B meeting requests acceptance is at the sole discretion of the attendee
