R Rengarajan Iyengar (Ranga) is a proven business leader with a career spanning more than 19 years. He carries a rich experience of driving business, managing operations and leading key strategic transformation initiatives with organizations such as Apollo Hospitals, Cognizant, Syntel & Cognizant along with HCL. He also co-founded an education services company, Scholars League in the past.<\/p>\n
He is currently the President of HCL Healthcare, a Family Health Center chain of clinics, and the youngest member of the HCL group companies. In his role, Ranga is in-charge of all aspects of the business, and working to make a difference in the Primary Health Care space in India.<\/p>\n
In his previous role, Ranga was the head of delivery for HCL Services Ltd. He was also the Head, Transformation where he designed the organization roadmap, keeping in mind the disruptive changes in the ever-changing IT industry.<\/p>\n
His experience has been across geographies and across multiple aspects of the business including Sales, Pre-Sales, Account Management, Transformation & Strategy, Governance and Delivery.<\/p>\n
He competed his Engineering degree from IIT Kharagpur in 1996 and has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Management from IIM Lucknow.<\/p>\n
