Dr. Bhalla has graduated from Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) Pune. He did his MD and DNB in Community Medicine. He also did Post graduate diploma in Preventive and Promotive Health Care from Apollo Hospital, Hyderabad. He has worked as Tutor in Department Of Community Medicine, M.P Shah Medical College Jamnagar. He has served as Senior Resident in Department Of Community Medicine at Vardhman Mahavir Medical College and Safdarjang Hospital, Delhi.<\/p>\n
He has worked with DFID, National Aids Control Organisation, International Institute of Health Management Research (IIHMR) Delhi. Currently working as Public Health Specialist in PHFI Delhi, managing capacity building initiatives for training primary care physicians in NCD. One of the program also got IDF recognition www.ccebdm.org .Trained more than 7000 doctors. He is member of Healthcare division of Quality Council of India and Assessor for National Accreditation board of Hospitals and Healthcare Providers.
