In the last 9 years, NovoJuris has worked with more than 250 financing deals, many deep technology companies, healthcare companies including accelerator focused on healthcare, many strong emerging companies including high profile unicorns and exits. NovoJuris is amongst top 5 law-firms in India in private equity.
Sharda earlier has worked with large Indian conglomerates and MNCs as their inhouse attorney on various projects including IPO, cross border transactions, M & A, takeover, mergers, intellectual property for more than 12 years, prior to starting NovoJuris Legal.
Sharda is an Independent Director at Faiveley Transport, world leading manufacturer and supplier of railway products. Faiveley is listed on NYSE Euronext Paris.
Sharda is on the advisory board of many technology and tech enabled companies. She is an active angel investor in more than a dozen companies and is an investor in accelerators such as HealthStart, India first accelerator focused on healthcare. She is on the governing council of TiE Bangalore Chapter and had chaired TiE Special Interest Group on Women entrepreneurs.
