Reggie is currently the Vice President, Global Quality IT responsible for IT Quality and Compliance across the Johnson and Johnson Enterprise. Reggie has more than 20 years of experience in IT Quality & Compliance area across Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and Consumer sectors. Reggie and his team proactively perform quality reviews, consulting, coaching and ensures that Quality is embedded in the engineering, and architecture, of new technologies (Artificial Intelligence, Connected Devices, Digital Manufacturing etc.), systems and solutions as they are being planned, developed, deployed and maintained. His team also sets the overall strategy, direction, policies, and standards for Health Care Technology, Infrastructure, Computerized Systems Validation, in compliance with Global GxP regulations and internal Johnson & Johnson policies and standards.

Reggie began his career at Johnson & Johnson (J&J) in 2005 where he has held several leadership positions in Supply Chain, IT Quality, IT Risk Assurance and Quality Systems and Services. Reggie has proven track record of building strong IT Quality and Compliance programs, business partner value creation, program management, solutions delivery and organizational development. Reggie has experience interacting with Global Regulatory Health Authorities, including FDA, MHRA, C-FDA and ANVISA. Prior to joining Johnson & Johnson Reggie held various Quality & Compliance and IT positions with increasing responsibilities at Wyeth, Deloitte Consulting, and University of Pennsylvania.

Reggie is a Certified Information Systems Auditor and a graduate of the J&J Executive Quality Leadership Program. He holds a degree in Information Systems from the Drexel University. In addition Reggie has presented at various industry conferences across the globe.
